Hotel Grandbach Tokyo Ginza is favored for its spacious rooms, a notable feature for hotels in Tokyo, especially the corner rooms and junior suites. Its Ginza location is a major draw, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and transportation, including the subway. While most find the experience excellent, some guests have noted that the rooms can feel too warm, requiring adjustments to the air conditioning even in winter. The comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms contribute to a pleasant stay, making it a popular choice for return visits.

convenient location spacious room unstable temperature crowded breakfast
The hotel's proximity to the train station was quite advantageous. The spaciousness of the room was also noteworthy. I found it very easy to access nearby areas. The in-room technology was also excellent and simple to use.
The temperature in the room was not easy to regulate. The breakfast area felt a bit overcrowded during peak hours. I encountered some delays in service at breakfast. Some items on the menu seemed unavailable.
